Our largest build yet — a true commercial-scale pit forged from local steel right here in Quispamsis — earned R&R Smokers a feature in the local telegraph. It's a milestone we're genuinely proud of, and a testament to the kind of ambitious, built-to-last work that comes out of our shop.
From the first cut to the final coat, this monster was hand-built the same way we build every smoker: heavy plate, tight seams, and zero shortcuts. Seeing it celebrated in print alongside the New Brunswick BBQ community made the long hours in the shop more than worth it.
